Privacy policy

We use your information to run Deliflo, deliver your handovers and help when something goes wrong. Deliflo is responsible for the information collected through this website and app. You can contact us at hello@deliflo.design.

Joining the waitlist

We keep your email address, any profile details you share and your referral information. We also record how you found us, your approximate location, browser details and a hashed IP address to understand who's interested and plan the founding-tester programme. Waitlist records are kept until 12 months after launch, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your account and handovers

We store your name, email, account settings and the project details and files you add. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. We also keep sign-in records, including your browser and IP address, to help protect your account and show your active sessions. If you enable two-factor sign-in, we store the information needed to check your codes.

Anyone with a client portal link can open it unless you've set a passcode or the portal has expired. We record portal visits and downloads, including the visitor's country, so designers can see how their handovers are being used. Client feedback and receipt confirmations are kept with the project, including any name, email or note the client provides.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies keep you signed in, remember your preferences and track referrals. We also use them to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies and Cloudflare Web Analytics are only used after you accept the cookie notice. You can decline these and still use Deliflo. We don't use advertising trackers.

Hosting and email

Cloudflare hosts Deliflo, stores your files and sends our emails. We send account confirmations, invitations, password resets and messages about your handovers. Designers can choose which project notifications they receive and whether to email a handover to a client. We won't send marketing emails without asking first.

Reports and surveys

Our admins review content and bug reports. If you’re signed in, your report is linked to your account; otherwise, leaving a contact email is optional. Survey answers include your name and are only visible to you and our admins. Taking part is optional.

Reports and survey responses stay on file so we can follow up and improve Deliflo. Deleting your account removes your linked reports and survey answers. You can ask us to delete a report submitted without an account.

Keeping and deleting information

Deleted projects stay in Trash for 30 days before their files are removed. Older file versions are also kept for 30 days, unless they're still part of a published handover. Deleting your account removes your projects, files and portals from the live service. Copies of database records may remain in backups for up to eight weeks.

We keep analytics events for 12 months and error reports for up to 90 days. Error reports include the error, page address and browser details to help us fix problems. Short-term records used to limit abuse are cleared within eight days. Account activity records and notifications are kept with your account.

Your choices

You can update your details, download your account data or delete your account in Settings. To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of other information we hold about you, email hello@deliflo.design. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date above when this policy changes and let account holders know in the app about any significant changes.
