Terms of use

By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using a client portal, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email hello@deliflo.design.

During the beta

Deliflo is free during the founding-tester beta. Features may change as we learn what works. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that affect files you've shared with clients. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and won't charge you without your agreement.

Your account

Designer accounts are by invitation. Keep your password private and let us know if someone else may have accessed your account. You're responsible for what you upload. We may disable accounts that break these terms and will explain why.

Your work stays yours

Uploading work doesn't transfer ownership to Deliflo. We store and process it to create your handover files and make them available through your client portals. Only upload work you have permission to share, including fonts and other licensed assets.

Anyone with a portal link can open it unless you've set a passcode or it has expired. Share links carefully and keep your own copies of your source files.

Using Deliflo

Don't upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe someone else's rights, send unsolicited email or try to access other people's data. Files can be up to 25 MB each, and a handover download can be up to 200 MB.

You can report content from a client portal. We review reports and may restrict files, remove a portal or suspend an account. If you think we’ve made a mistake, contact us and we’ll review it.

Availability and responsibility

We take backups and work to keep Deliflo reliable, but can't promise uninterrupted service. Deliflo is provided “as is” during the beta. Where the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. These terms don't limit any rights or liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Leaving Deliflo

You can delete your account in Settings. Your projects, files and portals will be removed from the live service; the privacy policy explains how long backups are kept. We may close accounts that have been unused for a long time, but will email you first.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date above when these terms change and tell account holders about any significant changes.
